System Permissions

If Speech Utility isn't working for you on macOS Big Sur you may need to reset permissions by going into system preferences > security and privacy > privacy microphone. Uncheck and recheck speech utility.

You may also need to do the same thing for speech recognition.

For voice enabled paste commands like (paste or keep) Speech Utility needs to be listed and checked in Automation too😅. You may need to restart your computer after this one.
